When a Recipe Turns Out Like the Picture

The pictures in cookbooks are always so lovely. However, I never really expect what I make to look just like them because I'm not a food stylist. The food might look close, but it can never be quite as perfect as the cookbook presents it. 

But, every so often you follow a recipe, and the final product does look like the picture! And it is so delightful!

I recently made this veggie paella and when it came out of the oven, I thought it looked pretty darn close. Even more delightful was how good it tasted!
